The frequency of pulse ranges from 0-50 Hz, the magnetic strength ranges from 0-30,000 Gauss. 2) The applicator paddle which has its own attachment hose which is 6' long 3) The PEMF Chair (seat). The seat is 16" wide x 15" long and comes with its own hose attachment 4' long 4) Carry bag. The carry bag is made of heavy duty insulated canvas and is large enough to fit your machine plus the seat and the paddle attachment. It has 2 zippers to close it, and a sturdy carry handle. There is also a clear pocket on the top where you can store EquiSculpt information post cards or business cards. 5) 2 power cords and 1 extension cord. 6) Folding rolling cart. The cart has 3 shelves and can support up to 100 lbs. It is made from heavy duty plastic and has good size rolling wheels with a wheel lock. The cart is easy to fold up to take with you on the road and makes it easy to move your machine around a barn or grooming area.

*Purchase of the EquiSculpt EZ model includes a 6-month manufacturer's warranty. This means that our company will repair or replace your machine if it stops working due to any malfunction of the machine or it’s parts due to factory related problems within 6 months of the purchase date. Shipping of your machine to our company and return shipping is covered by us during this time. We will do our best to provide you with a loaner machine while yours is being repaired or replaced.

**The warranty does not cover any physical or mechanical problems directly caused by accidents, misuse of the machine, or weather-related damage.

*Refund policy. All Sales are Final. There are no refunds unless your machine does not arrive to you within 30 days. If that were to happen, you will immediately be refunded back on the payment method used. If your machine arrives damaged or not working properly, we will have you send us pics and video of what the issue is. If we cannot help you fix the issue to your satisfaction, we will have our manufactures send out a replacement machine or the non working attachment(s). If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we can help you list it for sale on our social media pages and on FB group sale pages. Re selling it will be a better option that shipping it back to us for a refund because of the shipping and insurance costs.
